Starting therapy is a deeply personal decision—and one that often requires courage and reflection. No one else can decide if it's the right path for you. If you find yourself wanting to speak with someone outside of your family and friends about the challenges you’re facing, therapy may be a meaningful next step.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. If you’re ready to explore your experiences, gain deeper insight, and commit to the work of personal growth and healing, therapy can provide the support and space you need.
I understand that reaching out for help can feel intimidating. Sometimes the process includes pauses or false starts. That’s okay. When you’re ready, I’m here—to walk alongside you and support your journey forward.

Therapy looks different for everyone. At its core, it’s a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and reflection. It offers a dedicated 50 minutes just for you—a space to explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences without judgment. It’s a place where your stories are heard, your patterns can be challenged, and your growth supported.
We move at your pace. Some sessions may focus on day-to-day stressors, while others may gently uncover deeper patterns or past experiences. There’s no expectation to “dive right in” before you feel ready.
Over time, you may begin to notice subtle but meaningful shifts—how you relate to yourself, how you navigate relationships, how you respond to stress, and how you move through the world.
While therapy can be challenging, it is also empowering. It creates space to become more aligned with your authentic self. You may gain new perspectives, develop skills for managing difficult emotions, or find healing in places that once felt stuck or overwhelming.
Every therapeutic relationship is unique, but the intention is always the same: to create a safe, supportive, and meaningful space where your inner world can be seen, understood, and honored.

Therapy is an investment of time, energy, and resources—and I recognize that the financial aspect can feel challenging. To help make therapy more accessible, I offer a limited number of sliding scale slots based on financial need.
Together, we can discuss a fee that feels sustainable and respectful of both our needs.
My standard private pay rate is $200 per session. All fees are reviewed annually and are subject to change with notice.
For people using out of network benefits, I will give you a superbill that you can provide your insurance for reimbursement.

To determine if you have out of network benefits, you will call your insurance company to ask them:
Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health services?
What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much have I met so far this year?
Is there a limit on the number of sessions covered per year?
What is my co-insurance amount?
Do I need a referral from an in-network provider or a primary care physician to see someone out-of-network?

First we will have a 15 to 20 minute complimentary consultation call that is either video or phone call. During the call what we'll cover: I will ask a few questions to learn more about you and why you're seeking therapy... then I’ll tell you my way of practicing and give you a chance to ask questions. If we both feel like it's a good fit and want to move forward, we'll discuss fees, availability, and logistics.
